The ingredients – Zeofree PLUS 5191 and Zeofree PLUS 5193 silicon dioxides – will be launched at next month’s IFT Annual Meeting + Food Expo in Chicago.
According to the company, ZeofreePLUS 5191 is a carrier in the form of spray-dried powder with an average particle size of 25 microns, while ZeofreePLUS 5193 is a conditioning agent in the form of milled powder with an average particle size of 14 microns. Both products provide outstanding carrying capacity at three times their weight as liquids.
