Bell Flavors expands South American presence with new acquisition
The acquisition of Iceberg Industries flavor division in Brazil will provide Bell Flavors & Fragrances the platform and resources to expand its South America business, says the company’s CEO.

The acquisition gives Bell two manufacturing facilities in Brazil with its Brazilian headquarters located in Cotia, Brazil a suburb of Sao Paulo.

“This acquisition provides Bell with the platform and resources to expand our business in Brazil and South America,”​ said James Heinz, Bell’s President & CEO. “We are very excited about this new acquisition and the envisioned growth within this important market for Bell.”

Sao Paulo-based Iceberg-Aromas has customers in all segments, particularly in sweets, confectionery, chewing gum, ice cream, drinks, biscuits and savory products, said Bell.

“Bell’s new Brazil facility will continue Bell’s longstanding  tradition to provide quality products and service to our customers through technological evolutions of flavors and fragrances, sensory innovation though science and motivated employees focused on the continued satisfaction of our customers,”​ said Paulo Barros, General Manager Bell Brazil.
