FoodNavigator-USA takes home gold, bronze in 2024 regional Azbee journalism awards

FoodNavigator-USA won two distinctions for exceptional reporting in business-to-business journalism in the 2024 Azbee Awards of Excellence, hosted by the American Society of Business Publication Editors (ASBPE).

FoodNavigator-USA Senior Correspondent Ryan Daily was awarded a Regional Gold award for the Upper Midwest region in the Online Industry News Coverage category for her article titled “A house divided: WHO’s JECFA makes no daily intake change to aspartame, IARC declares it a possible carcinogen.

FoodNavigator-USA’s Senior Editor Elizabeth Crawford and Deputy Editor Deniz Ataman also won a regional bronze medal for the Upper Midwest region in All Content - Government Coverage for their collective reporting on the California Food Safety Act.
