Thailand’s CP Foods plans $1bn Bellisio takeover

Thailand’s Charoen Pokphand Foods (CP Foods) is to acquire US frozen food company Bellisio for $1bn, just days after the Thai conglomerate confirmed it was exploring investment in value-added products.
