An amaize-ing alternative to Red 40!
Amaize® Orange-Red is a bright red anthocyanin color from a non-GM purple corn hybrid grown and extracted in North America. It’s a closer match to Allura Red/Red #40 than black carrot and elderberry, but without the aroma and off-notes of red radish. Amaize® Orange-Red is great for use in confections, beverages, and snack seasonings.
