Tomat-O-Red® is a unique red carotenoid that is a natural antioxidant, delivering the health benefits of Lycopene. Tomat-O-Red® is approved as a food and beverage colorant in the US, Europe and Japan, and is Kosher certified. These heat-stable colorants are available in liquid and dry powder forms. Tomat-O-Red® can be used in numerous process and pH conditions and are formulated to minimize color shift during processing.
