Banza - best-known for its chickpea-fueled pasta - has launched what it claims is the first commercial chickpea-based pizza crust in the US. Available at Target, Whole Foods, Wegmans and Heinen’s, the crusts and pizzas (Four cheese, Roasted veggie, Margherita) are significantly higher in protein and fiber than wheat or cauliflower-based crusts.
